Pt was seen at the Keller office as a new cosmetic surgery consultation. She had old implants that have encapsulated. She desired improvement in shape of breast and increase in size of breast. She had a breast augmentation with a site change to a submuscular position and breast lift as a single procedure with silicone breast implants in Southlake.
