Breast Revision: Case 37
Description
The patient was seen at our Keller office to discuss breast revision surgery. She had a subglandular saline breast augmentation by another surgeon and developed "bottoming out" deformity of her left breast, lateral displacement and bilateral implant rippling and palpability. We performed revision surgery with a site change to submuscular position, peri-areolar mastopexy at our Southlake Surgery Center with silicone breast implants.
