Description
The patient presents to the Keller office with bilateral implant rippling and glandular ptosis of prior saline subglandular implants. She had bilateral revision surgery of bilateral implant exchange to the submuscular position with cohesive silicone gel implants, bilateral crescent lifts and Galaflex mesh placement for soft tissue support.
