Description
Patient presented to the Keller office for a consultation. She had prior breast augmentation and then had pregnancies with loss of volume and widening of the areola. She desires improving upper pole fullness, size, and reduction in areola diameter. She had an implant exchange with smooth round ultrahigh profile implants and periareolar mastopexy at our Southlake Surgery Center.
