Breast Revision: Case 11
Description
The patient presented to the Keller office with breast pain and progressive breast deformity. She had a subglandular saline breast augmentation which she was never happy with and had rippling. She had a revision breast augmentation with a site change to under the muscle and a change to silicone breast implants. She had a peri-areolar mastopexy to centralize the nipple-areolar complex. The procedure was performed at our Southlake Surgery Center. Post-operatively the patient's pain and rippling are gone.
