Description
The patient presented with loss of upper pole fullness, star-gazing nipple areolar complex, and elongation of nipple to fold distance to the Keller office. We performed a reverse crescent lift, crease shortening, exchange augmentation to fuller more cohesive gel implant and Galaflex sling.
