Description
Patient presented to the Keller office for a consultation. She had prior subglandular saline breast augmentation in the remote past. She had been having increasing breast deformity with palpability, rippling, drooping. She had an exchange with a silicone implant with site change to a submuscular position and a breast lift at our Southlake Surgery Center.
