Description
The patient presented with a large ventral hernia and breast ptosis after massive weight loss. She had a combined procedure of a breast lift, hernia repair with mesh by general surgery, tummy tuck, and liposuction to the flanks. Her umbilicus was extensively involved in the hernia and would have to be removed. She opted for no new umbilical creation at this time.
