Breast Reconstruction: Case 46
Description
Patient is referred with newly diagnosed breast cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and required right breast radiation therapy. She underwent multi-stage reconstruction including latismus muscle/ expander. The after photos are taken after completion of the surgical reconstruction including expander exchange for permanent implants and subsequent nipple reconstruction.
